Service scope

The quoted price covers the scope described in your booking confirmation. Additional areas or heavy soiling may require a revised quotation, agreed before work continues.

Booking & cancellation

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled slot. Later cancellations may incur a 20% mobilisation charge.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless a corporate credit account is agreed. We accept cash, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer and card.

Guarantee

Report any issue within 48 hours and we will re-clean the affected area free of charge.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our negligence. Please secure valuables and fragile items before the team arrives.
